2. Personal information is held strictly for emergency contact purposes and will be used only when necessary and with your consent. Parents and guardians are required to update their details annually.
3. For health and safety purposes, we collect essential information to ensure a safe learning environment and to remain aware of any medical conditions, including matters related to COVID-19.
4. We do not share personal data with third parties without your permission. The only exception is where a contract has been breached and no resolution can be reached. In such situations, an unpaid bill notice will be issued before any further action is taken. If there is no response, a final warning letter will be sent one month later. If, after the warning letter, we do not receive a response or any communication within one month of the letter being issued, the outstanding account details may be passed on to a third party. Please note that all outstanding billing matters are managed by the school’s accountant.
5. Personal data may also be shared with third parties with your consent, or when required for temporary arrangements such as examinations, performance auditions, school-organised activities, or events overseen by the International Dance Council (CID).
6. Photos and videos may be taken and used for educational, promotional, or progress-tracking purposes only after the agreement has been signed. After you leave the school, this material may be retained for an unlimited period.
7. Upon leaving the school, your personal data will either be destroyed or securely stored for up to seven years, depending on the circumstances. If you continue your training with us, you may be asked to renew your Registration Agreement Form annually. Please contact us if you require further information.
